If inventions are brought to us which already exist in the patent office, we can still work with it. In this case, we consider all the patents in existence in that field, and invent our way past what exists, making a better device. This however, is not always possible or desirable for us, an we reserve the option to drop the invention entirely, giving you your money back.

When we deal with someone in a particular field of work. They are able to identify problems in their workplace and patentable inventions soon follow. The inventor should note that InventionMakers is continually inventing for both itself and as part of its co-inventing program. It has not happened yet, but it is possible that a third party will have the same idea as you in which case a three way co-inventing may be in order, however we will usually deal only with the first inventor. If InventionMakers is presently working on an invention, we will usually allow co-inventing with inventors which submit a similar invention. The exception to this will be key inventions which have already been filed with the PTO in there Patent Program, Invention Disclosure Program or recorded on paper and witnessed. In these cases, proprietary material owned by InventionMakers will be documented and dated.
