Forms

    Below is a list of some of the paperwork you will need to do business with InventionMakers. We will Provide these forms when they are needed or you can use your own standard forms.

• Non-Disclosure Form - This protects you from unwanted disclosure of your invention to other parties and us from using your invention without your written permission. To use, simply print the form from your web browser and fill it out with as much information as you feel necessary for us to make a decision as to us wanting to take on this invention (send two signed copies). Do not include any Proprietary Materials with the Non-Disclosure Form, since we may not decide to review your invention. We will sign and return to you the Non-Disclosure form if we are interested in look at your Invention. You can then safely send us the information noted on the Non-Disclosure Form for our review. Make sure you include your e-mail address so that we can give you a quick response.
• Patent Application Ownership Document - This determines the percentage ownership of any patent granted from the patent application, and determines responsibilities and duties for both the client and InventionMakers.  These forms are not available over the internet.
• Manufacturing Agreement - InventionMakers negotiates with manufactures to secure a licensing agreement and the result is a Manufacturing Agreement (or Licensing Agreement).  Every Manufacturing Agreement is different and must be negotiated to meet each particular company's needs. This Agreement can take several months of negotiations to reach a final version of final document.
